All caviar products are non-refundable. This is due to the perishable nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of food safety.
Shipping and Delivery Assurance
We take great care to package and ship our products in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
In the rare event of a shipping error or product damage caused during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist with the investigation.
If eligible, we will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided.
Once the product is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to properly handle and store it to maintain its quality and freshness.
